Our Story so far
In the Bleak Midwinter.
Its the Winter of 2021 - England is due to enter its 3rd National Lockdown. The Government had introduced the "everybody in" scheme for rough sleepers albeit very little of this was supported accommodation. In January 2021 our Chief Executive Abdul Khan set up a CIC - one of the first of its kind in Peterborough. Within the space of 4 months 13 homeles people were housed in Peterborough through the CIC.
The right investors at the right time.
The business became incredibly popular over a very short period of time and piqued the interest of both the public and private sector. Kenley Group started building strategic relationships with the Local Authority and onboarded Investors through a very rigerous due diligence process.
Today we work with 6 main investors - predominantly UK based. We are responsible of an asset value of roughly 7 Million Pounds.
